The Lake Edge Neighborhood Association (LENA) organizes activities and events that support and promote the neighborhood and surrounding communities. LENA is completely supported and operated by a diverse group of residents who live in the neighborhood.
The Lake Edge Neighborhood Association aims to facilitate friendships between neighbors, connect neighbors with city officials, promote neighborhood beautification and improvement, assist neighbors in times of need, and provide a network to help residents manage local problems affecting our community.
How to get involved:
Attend monthly meetings to provide your feedback on proposed neighborhood projects
Help plan neighborhood events
Deliver newsletters to your neighbors
Write an article for the newsletter on a special topic of interest
Talk to local elected officials about concerns impacting our neighborhood's well-being
Get involved with neighborhood grant projects to enhance, improve, or beautify the neighborhood
Lake Edge neighborhood is a vibrant, friendly neighborhood situated among similar communities on Madison’s east side. Our boundaries are from Cottage Grove Road to the north, Monona Drive to the west, East Dean/Monona Golf Course to the south, and Stoughton Road to the east. In the heart of our community is Lake Edge Park.
